HiFam is a community created to improve foreigners’ life in Ukraine. HiFam is a friend you’ve been needing for so long.
2) How much does the membership cost?

It costs 1500 UAH per month.

4) What does “audio and video support” mean exactly?

If you find yourself in a situation where you don’t understand a person or vice versa because of the language barrier, you can turn to us by calling our phone or by making a video call. We will sort things out together.
5) When are you available for a call should I get in trouble?

From 10 am till 7 pm.
6) What if I want to study Russian at an advanced level?

We can organise individual lessons for you with a Russian teacher. We promise to find the best way to do it for all participants of HiFam program.
7) How will the meetings go exactly?
Once a week we gonna have gatherings. During those we can:
- Play mafia
- Visit questrooms, restaurants etc
- learn Russian
- Have excursions
8) If I have problems at my university, is student help available?

Everything is discussed individually, so you need to contact us via Telegram web, Instagram etc and we will see what we can do.
9) What places are worth being visited in Kharkiv?
